We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lilienthal Berlin timepiece. If you’re not perfectly happy, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Watch
Place the watch and all original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity, inside the shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
